Internet Explorer setup guide

You can also use Internet Explorer to upload files. If you are using IE you can login to our FTP server by clicking here.

Please note this will not work in most browsers other than in IE

IE FTP step 1

In any Explorer window type ftp://ftp.digital-crocus.com to conect to our FTP sever.

IE FTP step 2

Login using your main username and password.

After logging in, you should see folders for each of your domain names; ensure you upload your files into these folders rather than the main folder - your website needs to be uploaded into a domain folder in order to appear online.
